What it is

Tftpd64 is a free, lightweight, open-source Windows application with DHCP, TFTP, DNS, SNTP and syslog servers plus a TFTP client. It can also run as a Windows service, and Tftpd32 is the same program built as 32-bit. Techs use it to push firmware and configs to switches, phones and other devices that load files by TFTP, and to catch device syslog messages. Source
