Peer review opens after launch. Staff are reviewing submissions.
The review mode is staff. At launch only HireLV staff can doctor, publish, reject, or claw back a guide. A later peer-review pass can use the same queue without changing the points rules.
First look is aimed at 48 hours. Points stay pending for 14 days after publish so a takedown or plagiarism clawback does not have to chase a payout. There is no prize drawing.
