40NKS-00-000000 is Signo 40, pigtail, black/silver, standard profile, config 000000 (Wiegand). PLT-02630 lists it as the compatible pigtail replacement for 920PTNNEK00000 (RP40).

OSDP-capable. Config 000000 is wired Wiegand. Drain (bare) lands at the panel end only.

Current at 12 VDC is 65 mA standby avg, 75 mA max avg, and 250 mA peak (PLT-03704). Signo 20 is 60 mA / 70 mA and those figures do not apply here.

How to wire it

  1. Connect Red / 1 to +12 VDC.
  2. Connect Black / 2 to Ground (RTN).
  3. Connect White / 3 to Wiegand Data 1 / Clock / RS-485 A.
  4. Connect Green / 4 to Wiegand Data 0 / Data / RS-485 B.
  5. Connect Orange / 5 to LED input (green).
  6. Connect Yellow / 6 to Beeper input.
  7. Connect Blue / 7 to Hold input / LED input (blue).
  8. Connect Brown / 8 to LED input (red).
  9. Connect Violet/White / 9 to Tamper 2 (RLY2), 0–12 VDC 100 mA.
  10. Connect Violet / 10 to Tamper 1 (RLY1), 0–12 VDC 100 mA.
  11. Connect Bare to Drain (pigtail models). Land at the panel end only..
